Chaetosciadium trichospermum merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Mediterania timur hingga Iraq dan Jazirah Arab. Nama ilmiah Chaetosciadium trichospermum diperkenalkan oleh Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1872.
