Chamaesyce polycarpa merupakan tumbuhan semusim atau menahun dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan smallseed sandmat. Nama ilmiah Chamaesyce polycarpa diperkenalkan oleh George Bentham pada tahun 1916. Nama ini merupakan sinonim dari Euphorbia polycarpa.
