Chiranthodendron pentadactylon adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Malvaceae (suku kapas-kapasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko hingga Honduras. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan mexican-hat-plant. Nama ilmiah Chiranthodendron pentadactylon pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1805.
