Chloranthus holostegius merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Chloranthaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari China bagian selatan-tengah (hingga Guangxi). Nama ilmiah Chloranthus holostegius pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Heinrich Raphael Eduard Handel-Mazzetti pada tahun 1938.
