Chlorophytum chinense merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asparagaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah China (Sichuan barat daya, Yunnan barat laut). Nama ilmiah Chlorophytum chinense pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Louis Édouard Bureau pada tahun 1891.
