Cirsium arvense var. alpestre adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eropa hingga China barat dan utara dan India. Nama ilmiah Cirsium arvense var. alpestre diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Nägeli pada tahun 1840.
