Cistanche deserticola adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan holoparasit dari famili Orobanchaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Mongolia hingga China utara. Nama ilmiah Cistanche deserticola pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Yu Chuan Ma pada tahun 1960.
