Cistus asper adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Cistaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Kepulauan Kanaria (El Hierro). Nama ilmiah Cistus asper pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jean-Pierre Demoly pada tahun 2005.
