Citrus indica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Rutaceae (suku jeruk-jerukan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Assam. Nama ilmiah Citrus indica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Yuichiro Tanaka pada tahun 1929.
