Jeruk kasturi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Rutaceae (suku jeruk-jerukan). Nama ilmiah Citrus madurensis diperkenalkan oleh João de Loureiro pada tahun 1790. Nama ini merupakan sinonim dari Citrus japonica.
