Claoxylon sandwicense merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Hawaii. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan po'ola. Nama ilmiah Claoxylon sandwicense diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Johannes Müller Argoviensis pada tahun 1865.
