Clarkia bottae merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Onagraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah California barat. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan botta's clarkia. Nama ilmiah Clarkia bottae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Édouard Spach pada tahun 1953.
