Cleistanthus schlechteri merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Phyllanthaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kenya hingga KwaZulu-Natal. Nama ilmiah Cleistanthus schlechteri pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ferdinand Albin Pax pada tahun 1915.
