Cleistanthus tomentosus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Phyllanthaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari China (Guangdong) hingga Indo-China. Nama ilmiah Cleistanthus tomentosus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Henry Fletcher Hance pada tahun 1877.
