Cleistes mantiqueirae merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Minas Gerais). Nama ilmiah Cleistes mantiqueirae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Heinrich Gustav Reichenbach pada tahun 1881.
