Cleistocactus brookeae merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Bolivia. Nama ilmiah Cleistocactus brookeae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Martín Cárdenas pada tahun 1952.
