Cleistogenes polyphylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Rusia Timur Jauh selatan hingga China utara utara dan timur. Nama ilmiah Cleistogenes polyphylla pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Yi Li Keng pada tahun 1960.
