Clematis albicoma merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Ranunculaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari West Virginia hingga Virginia. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan whitehair leather flower. Nama ilmiah Clematis albicoma pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edgar Theodore Wherry pada tahun 1931.
