Clematis pierotii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Ranunculaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Jepang selatan hingga Nansei-shoto. Nama ilmiah Clematis pierotii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Friedrich Anton Wilhelm Miquel pada tahun 1867.
