Cleome afrospina adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Cleomaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Nigeria hingga RD Kongo. Nama ilmiah Cleome afrospina pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Hugh Hellmut Iltis pada tahun 1967.
