Cleome diffusa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Cleomaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil timur dan selatan. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan spreading spiderflower. Nama ilmiah Cleome diffusa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Joseph Banks pada tahun 1824.
