Cleome macrophylla merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Cleomaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Tanzania hingga Afrika Selatan. Nama ilmiah Cleome macrophylla diperkenalkan oleh Johann Friedrich Klotzsch pada tahun 1914.
