Clethra alexandri merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Clethraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Jamaika (Pegunungan Blue). Nama ilmiah Clethra alexandri diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama August Heinrich Rudolf Grisebach pada tahun 1859.
