Clethra repanda merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Clethraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kolombia hingga Venezuela barat laut. Nama ilmiah Clethra repanda diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Nicolai Stepanovitch Turczaninow pada tahun 1863.
