Clethra retivenia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Clethraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Peru timur laut. Nama ilmiah Clethra retivenia diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Hermann Otto Sleumer pada tahun 1967.
