Clusia phelpsiae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Clusiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Venezuela (Amazonas). Nama ilmiah Clusia phelpsiae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Tobías Lasser pada tahun 1950.
