Clusia phelpsiana merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Clusiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Venezuela (Bolívar). Nama ilmiah Clusia phelpsiana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Bassett Maguire pada tahun 1958.
