Clusia polystigma adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Clusiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kolombia barat hingga Ekuador. Nama ilmiah Clusia polystigma diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Elbert Luther Little pada tahun 1948.
