Cnidoscolus basiacanthus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Peru. Nama ilmiah Cnidoscolus basiacanthus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ferdinand Albin Pax pada tahun 1951.
