Coccothrinax spissa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Arecaceae (suku pinang-pinangan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Hispaniola. Nama ilmiah Coccothrinax spissa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Liberty Hyde Bailey pada tahun 1939.
