Cochemiea theresae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Meksiko (Durango, Zacatecas). Nama ilmiah Cochemiea theresae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ladislaus Cutak pada tahun 2000.
