Codia fusca adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Cunoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Kaledonia Baru tenggara. Nama ilmiah Codia fusca pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Rudolf Schlechter pada tahun 2005.
