Codonorhiza falcata merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Codonorhiza falcata diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Linnaeus the Younger pada tahun 2015.
