Coelachne friesiorum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Kenya (Aberdares). Nama ilmiah Coelachne friesiorum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Charles Edward Hubbard pada tahun 1935.
