Coelogyne maximae-reginae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel pada batang pohon lain (epifit) dan membentuk umbi semu (pseudobulbous). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kalimantan (Sabah). Nama ilmiah Coelogyne maximae-reginae pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2019.
