Coffea kivuensis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah RD Kongo timur. Nama ilmiah Coffea kivuensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jean Paul Antoine Lebrun pada tahun 1932.
