Cola ruawaensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Malvaceae (suku kapas-kapasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Tanzania tenggara. Nama ilmiah Cola ruawaensis diperkenalkan oleh Martin Roy Cheek pada tahun 2007.
