Cola scheffleri merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Malvaceae (suku kapas-kapasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Tanzania. Nama ilmiah Cola scheffleri diperkenalkan oleh Karl Moritz Schumann pada tahun 1903.
