Coleataenia tenera (Beyr. ex Trin.) Soreng

Coleataenia tenera adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Amerika Serikat bagian tenggara, Texas,Meksiko tenggara, Amerika tengah, hingga Karibia. Nama ilmiah Coleataenia tenera pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Heinrich Karl Beyrich pada tahun 2010.
