Coleus fredericii merupakan tumbuhan semusim atau menahun dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Angola. Nama ilmiah Coleus fredericii diperkenalkan oleh George Taylor pada tahun 1931.
