Collomia mazama adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Oregon. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan mt. mazama collomia. Nama ilmiah Collomia mazama pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Frederick Vernon Coville pada tahun 1897.
