Columnea ambigua adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Gesneriaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Puerto Rico. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan tibey de cresta. Nama ilmiah Columnea ambigua diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ignatz Urban pada tahun 1974.
