Comanthera centauroides adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Eriocaulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Brazil (Bahia tengah hingga Rio de Janeiro). Nama ilmiah Comanthera centauroides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis August Gustav Heinrich von Bongard pada tahun 2010.
