Combretum chinense merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Combretaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah. Nama ilmiah Combretum chinense pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Roxburgh pada tahun 1827.
