Comiphyton gabonense merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Rhizophoraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Gabon, RD Kongo. Nama ilmiah Comiphyton gabonense pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1974.
