Commelina paleata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Commelinaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah. Nama ilmiah Commelina paleata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Justus Carl Hasskarl pada tahun 1852.
