Commicarpus scandens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semak dari famili Nyctaginaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menjalar. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di kawasan tropis dan subtropis Amerika . Nama ilmiah Commicarpus scandens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Paul Carpenter Standley pada tahun 1909.
