Coprosma rugosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Selandia Baru, Kepulauan Antipodes. Nama ilmiah Coprosma rugosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Thomas Frederic Cheeseman pada tahun 1906.
