Coprosma virescens merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Selandia Baru. Nama ilmiah Coprosma virescens diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Donald Petrie pada tahun 1879.
