Cordia collococca merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko selatan hingga kawasan tropis Amerika. Nama ilmiah Cordia collococca diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carolus Linnaeus pada tahun 1759.
